What is CompareThatCruise.com?

We are a price comparison site for cruise holidays.

We also have loads of great content to help you plan your trip, including interactive deck plans for each ship and destination guides for each port.

How does the site work?

We research the best deals from every major cruise line. For each, we provide as much information as possible about the cruise and show you the prices and availability from as many different sources as we can find.

You then book directly with the travel agent or cruise line of your choice.

Do you handle cruise bookings?

No. We concentrate on finding the best deals and leave you to book directly with the experts at your chosen travel agent or cruise line.

That means that we can focus on what we do best and provide you with an independent view of the different options.

Can I access the site from outside the UK?

Visitors from anywhere in the world are very welcome to use the site, but at present the majority of cruise deals that we feature are only available to UK customers.

We will be rolling out the site to additional countries over the coming months, so watch this space for further news.

1. We are the first true price comparison site for cruises

There are lots of good cruise websites out there, but most only offer deals from a single travel agent or cruise line.

We compare the whole market by aggregating deals from every major cruise line and then showing you the prices available from the various different travel agents through whom you can book that cruise.

2. The user experience is our top priority

Above everything else, our number one aim is making sure that the site is simple to use. It's really easy to get carried away with clever features and pretty pictures, but our goal from the start was to develop a site that is genuinely intuitive and user friendly.

We've developed pretty much every single piece of technology in-house because we are really passionate about maintaining the quality and consistency of the content and making sure that the site is not cluttered up with irrelevant information.

3. We provide interactive deck plans for every ship

One of the best things about booking a cruise is the fact that you get to choose from hundreds of amazing cabins. To help you do that, we've applied some modern technology to the deck plans that the cruise lines publish for each ship.

With our interactive plans, you can click on any cabin on any ship and we'll show you a photo of that cabin type and give you as much information as we can about the cabin, including floor plans where available and details of any known pros and cons of the location, size or design.

4. We provide destination guides for every port

Cruises give you amazing freedom to visit lots of different places, so we want to make sure that you are able to make the most of your trip.

To help you do that, we've put together some really comprehensive destination guides for almost every port in the world, containing everything from maps and photos to lists of popular attractions.
